Under this scheme, the government has provided a total of 4744 homes in Pune, Pimpri, Chinchwad, Solapur, and Kolhapur locations. The citizens would get 2092 homes out of the 4744 homes of total. There are private developers who are building houses for this scheme. These flats will be available for small gathering as the flats size are between 320 to 430 square feet. These flats will be available in Baner, Fursungi, Kasba Peth, Keshavnagar, Kharadi, Lohgaon, Mamurdi, Mohammadwadi, Mundhwa, Pashan, Punawale, Tathawade, Thergaon, Wadhmukhwadi, Wagholi, Wakad, and Yerwada, among other places.
